We are thrilled to introduce some new classes at The Family Center for Autism this season!

Culinary Connections – Healthy Edition!
Join us in learning how to make a healthy meal, side, and desert! In addition to the delicious and nutritious food, participants will be able to socialize with like-minded individuals, build social skills, and have a great time!

Modern Dance for Teens & Modern Dance for Adults
Combining physical and emotional awareness, modern dance uses the fundamentals of everyday life and the connection of breathing and movement to create different forms and shapes allowing the body to channel them into movement. Modern dance technique is a creative way to express one’s self through movement and dance. *No prior dance experience needed, Just a willingness to learn and have fun.*

Yoga for Tots
Have your little one learn some of the fundamentals of yoga through songs, dances, and games! In addition, the participants will practice social and listening skills, all while having a great time!

Children’s Music & MovementNew Day & Time!
A fun-filled class exploring movement through music, which stimulates imagination and creativity. Improve fine and gross motor skills, develop coordination and social skills within a community of learners.

Sensory Art for Tots – New Day & Time!
Join us to squish, squeeze, crumble, and fluff your way through our Sensory Art for Tots! Our future artists will have fun playing and creating art using different sensory mediums.  Be prepared to be messy!

Adult Music MakersNew Day & Time! – In this course participants enjoy singing and dancing to a variety of songs while playing various instruments. Join us for a great time jamming with your friends!

Adult Food As Art
You like food… but you also like making art? Can’t decide if you want to take a culinary class or an art class?  Well Food as Art is the class for you! Spend time strengthening your cutting, mixing, and food preparation skills while making beautiful, and delicious, art projects!

Children’s Soccer & Soccer for Tots
These soccer classes utilize creative and imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation. The class will be taught by Soccer Shots’ amazing instructors and supported by staff from the FCA!
