We Believe in the Power of Working Together
Are you an educator teaching children with autism? Then the Family Center for Autism is a resource you should get to know.
The Center is Long Island’s first venue that provides a lifespan of services and programs to individuals with autism, a lifeline of support to families who love them—and a vital resource to the educators who teach them. Our comprehensive and intensive behaviorally based approach incorporates opportunities for learning across all settings and environments—at home, in the classroom and in the community. We emphasize the positive and systematic teaching of functional skills that seek to reduce behavioral issues.
