Full on Fitness with Eric Chessen of Autism Fitness
Focused on developing a foundation for strength, stability and motor planning with individualized programming, each participant will have specific short- and long-term healthy lifestyle goals. Full on Fitness combines innovative fitness modalities, (medicine balls, sandbags, fitness ropes, bodyweight movements) with positive behavior support using ABA methodologies.
Music & Art Lessons and Therapy
- One-on-one sessions include an intake, assessment and advancement plan based on the goals of the individual. Sessions will take place in our state-of-the-art center and will improve the skills of the individual while they have a great time!
- Group Sessions include an individualized intake, assessment and advancement plan based on the goals of the individual. Individuals who are interested in a group setting will be paired based on similar goals as well as interests and personalities. Pre-existing groups can also come together and a plan will be created based on the goals of the group.
All session are 45 minutes long and are facilitated by a degreed and certified instructor who has experience working with children, teens, & adults. Our services are open to anyone diagnosed with any disability as well as individuals without any diagnosis at all. Individual Lessons are $75 and Group Lessons are $50.
